Pasión Por Tango, "downtown tango", is an exciting new creative centre for tango in Auckland.

The spacious studio is on level 2 in the Barrington Building, 10-12 Customs Street east, beside the Mercure Hotel close to Britomart.

This is the first studio in New Zealand to offer authentic argentinian tango lessons. Artistic director, tango show dancer and teacher, Diego Echenique is teaching a wide variety of tango styles - Tango Salon, Tango Milonguero, Tango Nuevo, as well as offering workshops in Technique, tuition for small groups and private lessons.
